Position Overview

Repaired & Relieved LLC is looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in the home repair and remodeling industry.

As a Repair Technician Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians and carpenters while learning real-world skills in:

  • Roofing repairs
  • Siding repairs
  • Deck and railing repairs
  • Exterior carpentry
  • Leak diagnostics
  • Flashing systems
  • Window and door repairs
  • General exterior remodeling

This is a hands-on learning opportunity with growth potential into:

  • Repair Technician
  • Exterior Carpenter

What You’ll Do

  • Assist experienced technicians on jobsites
  • Learn proper repair and installation techniques
  • Help with material handling and jobsite setup
  • Use tools and equipment safely
  • Learn how to diagnose exterior problems
  • Assist with roofing, siding, carpentry, and repair work
  • Help maintain clean and organized jobsites
  • Learn customer communication and professionalism
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards
  • Grow your skills through hands-on training
