Position Overview

Repaired and Relieved is looking for a skilled Roofing Repair Technician who specializes in diagnosing leaks, solving roofing problems, and performing high-quality repair work.

This is NOT repetitive production roofing.

We are looking for technicians who understand how roofing systems work and can properly diagnose and repair:

Roof leaks
Flashing failures
Ventilation issues
Storm damage
Chimney flashing problems
Skylight leaks
Ice dam damage
Roofing system deterioration

Our company focuses heavily on repair work, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.

We are looking for professionals who take pride in doing repairs the right way.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose residential roof leaks and roofing issues
Perform asphalt shingle roof repairs
Install and repair flashing systems
Repair pipe flashings, valleys, chimney flashings, and wall flashings
Remove and replace damaged roofing materials
Perform decking repairs as needed
Install ice and water shield and underlayments
Troubleshoot ventilation-related roofing problems
Safely work on ladders and rooftops
Take jobsite photos and document repairs
Communicate professionally with homeowners onsite
Maintain clean and organized jobsites

Requirements - We are looking for some basics

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass background check
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders/roofs
Ability to lift and carry materials as required
Exterior repair or construction experience preferred
Professional appearance and communication skills
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Basic tools preferred

Pay Range:
