Position Overview

At Repaired and Relieved, we specialize in exterior repairs, problem-solving, and helping homeowners make informed decisions about their homes.

We are looking for a skilled Repair Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally, and enjoys solving challenging exterior repair issues.

This is NOT repetitive production work.

Every day is different and may involve:

Roofing repairs
Leak diagnostics
Flashing repairs
Deck and railing repairs
Siding and trim repairs
Exterior carpentry
Window and door repairs
General exterior service work

We are looking for craftsmen and problem-solvers – not just laborers.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair exterior home issues
Perform roofing, siding, flashing, trim, and carpentry repairs
Identify underlying causes of leaks and exterior failures
Safely work on ladders and rooftops
Communicate professionally with homeowners onsite
Take jobsite photos and document work performed
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Work safely and efficiently with team members
Represent the company professionally in the field

Window and door installation/repair
Leak troubleshooting

Requirements - We are looking for some basics

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders/roofs
Ability to lift and carry materials as required
Exterior repair or construction experience preferred
Professional appearance and communication skills
Ability to pass background check
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Pay Range:
